The Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift Soundtrack

ok, before you guys ban me from this site for high treason, bear with me for just a sec. i'm only recommending one song: 'DJ shadow & mos def - 6 days remix'.

in all [reasons-to-lynch-yodaslap] fairness, i did watch the movie. the 6 days remix was the opening track of the movie, which immediately grabbed my attention. its a mashup of two songs from DJ shadow's 'the private press' album ('6 days' and 'walkie talkie') with a bit of rapping by mos def and some miscellaneous extras here and there. i find myself tempted to talk about DJ shadow now, but i'll hold off on him til another time.

from the tokyo drift soundtrack:

DJ shadow & mos def - 6 days remix'

the two songs from which the above track spawned from:

6 days
walkie talkie

Saw the movie, it was good. Witty banter meets scathing social commentary equals entertainment that makes you laugh as much as it pulls at the heart strings. Don't miss out on the buzz by waiting for the DVD.

BTW, the movie had hoes, wine, *and* cigars.
